    As the Head of Strategic Operations & Delivery at Gratia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development of product strategies that align with our mission and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality work. Your responsibilities will encompass product definition, delivery excellence, and overseeing comprehensive screening and assessment processes to ensure our talent pool meets the high standards required for client projects.

    What You Will Be Doing

    1. Delivery Process Design:

    • Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term processes to ensure the quality of work delivered to customers, including EOW updates, peer-to-peer assessments, and technology-driven improvements.

    • Create scalable communication processes with the talent pool, exploring communication channels beyond email and Slack.

    2. Screening & Assessment:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of automated and scenario-based screening processes, ensuring alignment with the task-skill ontology.

    • Lead the integration of screening processes into the platform, ensuring that screening results directly inform the matching and development of analysts.

    • Manage and enhance the screening process with a focus on integrating elements of Learning & Development (L&D) to support candidate growth and continuous improvement.

    • Work closely with product and technology teams to refine the Analyst Baseball Card system, ensuring it accurately captures candidate performance and potential as defined by the task-skill ontology.

    3. Upskilling & Training:

    • Design and execute group-based training sessions, such as hypothesis-driven problem-solving workshops.

    • Enhance the resource and training library to support analysts in their upskilling journey, assessing training as a benchmark for the Gratia task-skill and task-attributes ontology.

    • Develop an Analyst Onboarding Program post-screening process, including essential topics such as company introduction, policies, rules of conduct, approach to projects, EOW updates, and cybersecurity.

    4. Product Input & Definition:

    • Act as the primary liaison between the Delivery team and the tech/product teams, ensuring that the task-skill ontology is effectively implemented and that all relevant touchpoints are fully integrated into the Gratia platform.

    • Lead initiatives to integrate new data sources and technologies into screening, enhancing our ability to scale efficiently and improve our project-talent matching capabilities.

    5. Quality Assurance of Delivery:

    • Maintain a database of analyst profiles, skills, and project history for efficient matching in future projects.

    • Participate in the interview process as part of the final assessment panel for candidates who have successfully completed their designated pathway.

    • Develop a comprehensive delivery strategy for both junior and senior analysts, focusing on key deliverables for entry-level talent.

    • Optimize the analyst-to-talent manager ratio to ensure effective support and delivery outcomes.

    Experience and Attributes

    Successful candidates will likely possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. MBA preferred.

    • Strategy consultant with 3-5 years of experience from top-tier consulting firms, such as Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, or The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

    • Proven experience in a senior role in developing and enhancing the skills of a diverse talent pool.

    • Proficiency in developing short, medium, and long-term processes for work quality improvement.

    • Strong leadership and role optimization skills.

    • Experience in crafting career-level-specific delivery strategies, and building resources and training libraries for our analyst training program.

    As the Head of Growth, you will play a crucial role in identifying and launching long-term strategic initiatives to fuel our growth. You will be responsible for driving our growth strategy and execution, ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of customers. You will play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory by developing data-driven strategies, fostering key partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Strategic Growth Initiatives:

    • Identify and launch long-term strategic initiatives to deliver sustained growth.

    • Develop and test go-to-market hypotheses across various customer types, partnering with operations and engineering teams to document onboarding and customer successes.

    • Rapidly scale sales functions based on actionable insights from sales experiments.

    Partnership & Channel Development:

    • Partner with other teams to scale channel partnerships.

    • Implement plans to close deals with top-tier enterprises that can benefit from our solutions.

    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and recruitment teams.

    Analytics & Data Tracking:

    • Constantly improve analytics and data tracking across the marketing organization.

    • Deliver a consistent and straightforward weekly analytics framework to the leadership team.

    • Guide A/B creative tests on campaigns to identify what works best.

    Team Leadership:

    • Attract, retain, and grow a high-performing team.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Experience and Attributes

    Successful candidates will likely possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, ideally within a technology-led growth organization.

    • Experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is highly beneficial.

    • Proven track record of scaling and developing growth strategies in a startup or hyper-growth environment.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    We are seeking a visionary Founding Engineer to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving technological advancements and building high-performing teams, embracing the challenge of building from the ground up (0→1 mentality).

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Play a key role as a member of the founding team, contributing to the long-term technical strategic direction of the company and where to (or where not to) make large strategic technical bets

    • Help shape our engineering culture. You’ll be the first employee of a high performing engineering team, and so your input in hiring your next set of peers will be invaluable

    • Lead the development of Gratia's platform from concept to production, driving the execution of the technical roadmap and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and business objectives

    • Coordinate our technical roadmap with our product roadmap, translating product specifications and designs from FIGMA or other prototyping tools into fully functional and user-friendly features

    • Ensure the development experience and production infrastructure scale with the growth of the company and product

    • Rapidly iterate and test first version prototypes by collecting client feedback

    • Implement and uphold data security and privacy standards, enforcing security policies and ensuring compliance with tech regulations

    • Collaborate with the leaders in other functions, optimizing across the whole organization to avoid any duplication of effort and encourage cross-department fertilization

    • Oversee the Technology Division's budgets, including prioritization of resources across large strategic technical bets

    Experience and Attributes

    Successful candidates will likely possess the following:

    • MSc in Computer Science or other STEM field; master’s degree a plus

    • Proven experience as a technology leader, with a minimum of 5 years in senior technology roles

    • Hands-on experience in building end-to-end application systems

    • Experience building full-stack applications using javascript and react, python, SQL

    • Experience deploying software with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Render, Vercel

    • Experience with AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, HuggingFace

    • Demonstrated experience in leading remote, culturally diverse technology teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

    • Acts as an owner and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing the challenge of building from the ground up (0→1 mentality)

    • AI-augmented. You are already deeply using AI to 10x yourself

    • Ability to write great docs, help build a great product, do what needs doing

    • You know how to tell a story with data. You can go beyond tables of numbers and attributes and can relate a dataset back to something that can be measured and represents a real world problem

    • You’ve written high quality software that prioritizes being simple above using fancy frameworks. You agree that unnecessarily complex is often easy, while simple is hard
