Core skill assessment

Begin with three multiple-choice tests (30 minutes total) evaluating essential analyst skills: Communication, Business Judgement, and Problem Solving.

This stage ensures you meet our baseline requirements and demonstrates your readiness for the next steps in the process.

2

Project simulation

Take part in a practical “Ghost Project” (2–4 hours) to showcase your ability to analyze data and solve real-world problems.

You'll respond to a set of timed prompts and submit deliverables within a one-week window, engaging with both automated tools and our team.

3

Final interview

Participate in a live interview to discuss your results, share insights from the Ghost Project, and demonstrate your cultural fit.

This conversation includes detailed feedback on your progress and gives you a chance to ask questions about future opportunities with our team.

Nwabueze Amuta

Business Analyst | Nigeria

Since joining Gratia in September 2025, I've contributed to multiple strategy and financial modeling projects, including one for a leading global technology organization. Across these engagements, I've helped fine-tune financial models, create and review strategy documents, and support teams in turning analysis into practical recommendations.

Gratia works well for me because of the flexibility to work at my own pace while gaining meaningful experience as an analyst. Through Gratia projects and mentorship, I've grown more confident in financial modeling and sharpened my strategy skills. I also value that I can tackle complex challenges for global firms while still making time for my other interests—especially building expertise in climate finance and its impact on African nations.
